So confused please help!?! 😩😭

When does the pregnant hormone start to show up in urine? Idk but it's been 12 days since I had sex and I think I could be pregnant. I had what looks like implantation bleeding and haven't bled again but still get small cramps but not like period cramps. I've read that it takes almost 3 weeks for it to start to show up in urine but should I wait another week before taking a home pregnancy test? I took two and they came back negative but people are saying I took it to early and should wait another week for accurate results but what do you guys think I should do?
