I want a breast reduction

I am 15 and my boobs are size 32E-32F. I am only 5'1 and my boobs are not proportionate to my petite body at all. They drive me crazy and I can never find Swimsuits that look good on me and I also dance so leotards are hard to find. I know I can't get a breast reduction until like 18 when my boobs are done growing but if I could I would get a breast reduction today.
