TTC with tubes tied!!!

Hey ladies!!! Ok as crazy as this may sound HUBBY and I are TTC!! Yes my tubes are tied. No, I have not had a tubal reversal nor IVF.. we decided to go the natural route. Natural route meaning I've been taking red clover, red raspberry, nettle leaf and serrapeptase. I've been doing research on all of the above and have gotten great reviews. I figured hey why not try the all natural, least expensive route for the moment. What do I have to lose? Hubby doesn't have any and I have 10 and 5 yr old. I got my tubes tied after my daughter because I didn't think I would get married. However, 3 yrs later I'm married now, and hubby doesn't have any and he just turned 44🤔🤔!!I need help!!! Any suggestions!! I'm tryna be optimistic ladies!!!
