Well my boyfriend for 5 years broke up with me saying he is in need of space and he dosnt feel the same way but in the future we will get back together( says him ) but I haven't heard from him and relationship coach says that I shouldn't contact him for about 30 days . Anyone has use this method ?

Btw we have a trip on December but he said to me to cancel it becuase we don't know how long the separation os going to last . Like I'm very confuse !!!
