Is there a way to get birth control without my parents knowing?

My mom refuses to put me on birth control bc she thinks it will encourage me to have sex. I'm already having sex (that she doesn't know about and no I'm not going to tell her) and I want to be safe (we use condoms) but I just want something as back up. I just don't know where to buy it or if I can even get it behind their back, pls help me
I'm 17, still on my parents insurance, and I live in NJ

Condoms are the easiest method and hopefully you're already using them because the pull out method and other similar methods are not birth control at all nor do they protect from STIs. You should always use condoms because my guess is if you can't get a hold of birth control you're also not getting tested for STI and have no way of knowing if you and your partner are clean Always use condoms.
 Places like planned parenthood can help you as well. But you'll need a doctor to get any kind of birth control other than condoms.
