Anyway to know everything's OK?

Question

I'm almost 12 weeks, and we want to announce publicly at 13, but I don't have another doctors appointment for a couple weeks (when we will find out the gender). I went to doc around 9 weeks and everything was totally fine. Is there anyway to know everything's OK? Haven't had anything abnormal - no bleeding etc. Thanks! 💕💕

This isn't really an answer to your question but maybe it will help anyway. A few weeks ago I had my blood drawn for the Harmony test and was telling myself that once I got the results back then I would know that everything's ok and we could tell the whole world. But then I realized that I will never know for sure that everything's ok. Things can show up on the anatomy scan that won't show up on screening tests. My baby, child, teen could get a horrible disease or be in an accident. I will never ever know that everything's going to be ok. So, I gave up on setting these milestones and am just working on accepting the uncertainty. Good luck!
