Could it be true?!?!?

Okay so I got my IUD removed July 6th. My husband and I have been wanting to try but.. I haven't had a "real" period since the IUD was removed. So I figured since no period no ovulation right?? Well I guess that's wrong! I had been taking tests like a MOFO the end of July thinking maybe I was pregnant. And I've been gun shy about taking one now. I took one 8/19 and I thought I saw a tiny line but chalked it up to evaporation and I decided we'd try again next month and hope for a period. Welp this morning I was up early (5am) and just decided why not? So here we are 5:29am and I still am having a hard time believing it.. I wanna recheck so bad I'm tempted to

run to my local pharmacy at the wee hours of the morning haha hubby is here with the kids so I should just go right?? Haha I'm still in shock! But big question is how far along would I be? Thanks if you made it this long!
