My son has this hole outside his ears what is it I have one in my ear

I have them in both ears. They're called Preauricular cysts. It shouldn't cause problems as long as the area is kept clean.

My son has them on both his ears in the same area. The are called ear pits. She said they shouldn't Give us problems more of like a birth mark but, husband has squeezed when he noticed is red and puss did come out but he is fine. Just something to always keep an eye on so they don't get infected. We always tell people we peirced his ears but just for jokes lol.

Looks like a pore my grandfather has one and when you pop it a whole bunch of puss comes out see if you can squeeze it

When my brother was born we noticed he had something similar to that near his tailbone. The doctors said it was simply a hole. The cells in the area didn't for as they should and that was the result. My brothers hole was closed on the inside and it wasn't much too worry about. It looked exactly like your picture.
