4w 5d and BFP yesterday. Woke up today to cramping and brown spotting/bleeding pretty much identical to my period. Should I call my doc or wait and see what happens?

I would call the doctor  If it's spotting, I'm sure everything is fine but it's definitely better to be on the safe side and get a professional medical opinion.

My friend had exactly the same she's now 9 weeks.. if it's light spotting it could be ok.. but it's best to get checked just incase. good luck x
