Late period! Help ladies!!! PLEASE REPLY WITH INSIGHT!!!!

​My last period was late & I ovulated twice ? Weird I know well now I'm going on 3 days late! Again I had feelings as if I was pregnant so I took a test about 2 or 3 weeks ago & was negative went to the dr & he said that blood tests are just as accurate as home urine tests & the urine tests they have are the same as we take at home HELP PLEASE!!!!! could I be pregnant I haven't taken another test
