Anyone's baby tested positive for strep?

My LO has no symptoms, no fevers, i brought her in to get her gums looked at for horrible teething and now out of nowhere they did a strep test- and it was positive! 
I'm freaking out a little bit (FTM and we have a 2 night cruise Monday). I feel so bad for not knowing or noticing but she has no symptoms. Anyone else's baby had strep throat yet? 😫💔

So I had strep THREE TIMES when my son was brand new, I got it the first time when he was about a week old and then the next two times happened s week after I finished my antibiotics. It was HORRIBLE. Anytime I've taken him to urgent care or the doc since then I've had them check for strep because I was amazed that he never got it. It is HORRIBLE I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy 😞 I could definitely see how teething could mask it though!! I thought mine was just a cold until about 2 weeks in I was up all night crying thinking my throat was going to close up because it was THAT bad. I kept saying this is more than a cold and my mom was like no no it's probably just worse because you're so tired. 😒 I also didn't have a fever or any other symptoms other than my throat and my eardrums also ruptured because the pressure built up so high. 😞 I hope your LO feels better soon! I have no idea what you can give a babe for that. I know those throat numbing lozenges were my best friend.
