Cbd oil for depression?

Question

Has anyone tried this? What state are you in and how do yor laws regulate it? Antidepressants honestly made everything worse for me so I'm curious about the cbd. I've never smoked pot and I honestly can't because it isn't legal here and I'm getting ready to start doing a volunteership working with children where they're going to drug test everyone.

CBD has changed my life! I take daily, on top of my antidepressants (not harmful). It helps alleviate anxiety, depression, cramps, other aches and pains, just to name a few. Ive started to give cbd oil to my stepdad for his dementia. My mom has told me there is a huge difference in him when on the cbd (remembers more, talks more, less depressed, etc). The best way to take cbd is sublingually. So an oil is the way to go. Let it sit under your tongue for 1-5 minutes, then swallow. I live in California, so its legal. I'm a huge advocate for cbd and the benefits. Ive also used it on my dogs (studies have proven cbd helps animals as well). CBD prolonged my 11 year old lab's life by 6 months. He had arthritis and severe hip dysplasia. The cbd not only alleviated the pain, it also helped with his mobility. I'm so very thankful. Some people will say hemp vs marijuana doesnt matter, however it does. Marijuana plant has more benefits to it (look it up). Ive tried both. I'll always choose cbd from the marijuana plant.

CBD has no THC in it whatsoever. It's literally just the feel good effects of marijuana. I used it for anxiety and it really helped me. I was so bad that I couldn't even leave my house because getting in the car terrified me. But the CBD really helped. You can drop it under your tongue or put it in a vape or even water, and it tastes pretty bad, but it really does work. You can get it online or in head shops.

Try it and see, also I would suggest trying pot when it becomes legal. It saved me from depression.
