Introducing eggs to 6 month old
At our last 6 month check up our pediatrician suggested introducing eggs to avoid egg allergies. Anyone feeding their 6 month old eggs and how do you recommend introducing it...scrambled, egg whites only/yolks only, mixed in other solid, or avoid until older? Dad went to the appointment and of course asked no followup questions. And everything I have found online suggests introducing it later.
