do you have sex while kids are home and awake?

husband doesn't get why I pretty much refuse to have sex while my daughter is home and awake. She is 3, we have been together for 2 years and I have always been this way. I'm wondering if I'm being ridiculous and should just throw on one of her favorite shows and run off for a quicky, or if I'm completely normal in the thinking it could be horrible if she comes looking for us and we aren't done. if you have how did you keep your child/ren from accidentally walking in or hearing anything?

I think a child that young is in need of constant supervision when awake. I'd be too afraid they'd get into an unsafe situation and I was too busy having sex to know.

It's very likely that she'll come looking for you since 3-year-olds need to be supervised almost constantly. I would agree with your not wanting sex while she's awake.

Not yet. My son is 2 so he generally needs to be watched, and usually prefers to be wherever we are anyway. I don't see anything wrong with it if they're old enough to entertain themselves for a bit.

Yes I do.  But mine are 7 & 8 so can easily entertain themselves for long enough without doing any damage.  I never could when they were toddlers because the second I'd close my door,  they'd be there,  wanting to know where mummy went.

I voted no, just because usually we wait till after everyone is in bed.. BUT we have definitely had quite a few quickies during the day while the kids were busy playing

I have a 4 and 7 year old. The thought of being caught by my children 😩🙈 it's not something I do myself but each to their own!

I do . But my kids are 7 and up . If I had an toddler or infant I will still . But as long as they are safe . And lock my door 🚪 we still need to keep the flame 🔥 on. Here and there . 
Like I had just got off my period yesterday and my kids were already tuck in bed and just using the tablets and my Babe pulled my hand and lead me to the room and we lock it. And we pleased each other ☺️ and I don't regret any bit of it . Then I got clean up and told them good night. 🌙💤

Nope!! My daughter would be horrified. even in a quicky I like fast, hard and a little rough. Plus I'm not quiet. I think she would have serious issues later in life.
