Advice on getting rid of BV

So lately I have had a strong fishy odor that comes from my vagina after sex. Even during intercourse I can smell it. I know it's BV but can't get an appointment with my obgyn till the 29th of this month. Anybody know of any home remedies or anything to help with the smelly odor till then. I've tried everything from mild soap to changing underwear brands. My husband knows about it and is fine with it because he knows I shower and don't have an STD'S. I just need something to help with the smell.
