Unprotected sex during ovulation HELP

So I never have unprotected sex but my boyfriend and I got started and couldn't stop so it happened. I was at 9% and he did NOT cum inside me. I have never had unprotected sexual before and I never will again. I have been worring like crazy since it happened. Just wanted to see if anyone had any advice to keep me calm or if I should try to get a test.
