It's been 5 years... HELP!

Like the title says, we've been trying for 5 years. we decided to take a break so we could save up money for Ivf. Then I started not feeling like myself, so on a whim I tested. hubby and I both see a vvvfl, but I dont want to get excited over nothing. So, is this a bfp or another bfn?
