sick and tired of being sick and tired

I'm 8 wks, 4 days, and have constant nausea, food aversion to just about everything, dry heaving/ wretching that is so loud and painful to my middle back and neck. seriously, my back and neck actually hurt from this. I'm so exhausted that i feel like a shit parent to my 12 year old and 1 year old. i have zero energy, the house is a mess, i can't even get enough strength to shower, and i have no motivation for school which i attend online.dr. prescribed diclegis, but its not working. anyone else this miserable?
