Okay so this guy and I hooked up and I have very regular periods. Everything was fine and then the next day I got my period which I thought was sorta weird because it was a bit early and I have major symptoms

of pms, severe cramps and headaches right before period and during. Well, I also last seven days ALWAYS and have EXTREMELY HEAVY periods. This time I had the lightest period I've ever had and no sumptoms of cramps or headaches or pms and not only is it extremely light, I think it's ending and it's only been two days. I was telling my mom about this (minus the sex part) and she was like "well gosh I'd be worried if you had sex" and was meaning basically like it's nothing to worry about if I haven't had sex? So I'm a little concerned and no this was not my first time having sex, so I'm very concerned about what my mom means and what this period means and I would like opinions. Thank you!
