After a sweep? TMI

I'm 38 + 5 weeks pregnant and I had a sweep about 4:30pm yesterday as my baby has reached static growth so they want to get her out sooner rather than later so I'm booked in for inducing on Saturday too and afterwards the midwife said it was normal to have pink/brown blood but if it was fresh red I had to call labour ward.. I had pink/brown blood for a while but it stopped and has been fine all night. Woke up this morning and went to the toilet and I had LOADS of stringy mucas and quite a lot of clots but it was all pink/brown none of it was red, is this normal? I haven't had any signs of contractions or labour or anything yet! No idea how long it normally takes so I'm crossing everything that it kick starts so I don't need the inducing tomorrow! Any help/advice would be much appreciated!
