hi. I wanted to ask a question. my due date is 25 Nov (40 weeks, full term). is it possible that I can expect my baby to be born after 36 weeks, that is 25 oct??? a whole month earlier??? am just confused. help me please if you can. it's my 1st baby

Baby will come when ever it's ready. I had my son when I was 38 weeks but many women will go past their due date. I wouldn't stress too much about it, it's just one of those things in life you can't predict (unless you have a schedule c section or induction)

Women have their babies between 36 and 40 weeks all the time. I would say be prepared just in case (maybe have a hospital bag packed and some things ready at home), but don't over think it. baby will come when baby is ready. First time mom's are expected to make it to 40 weeks and many go a little over which is also fine. But other women do have babies before 40 weeks that are perfectly healthy.

As everyone stated, the baby will come whenever the baby is ready to. It's REALLY hard to put a number of weeks on it- however, my doctor said that from his experience (he's delivered well over 11,000 babies), most women give birth between 39-41 weeks.

My son came at 40 weeks 5days. Not expecting this one to come before 39 weeks. In general most first time most are closer to 40 weeks maybe a couple days early or a couple days late. But hoping baby will be born around 37/38 weeks as the due date is the same week as my son so hoping that there will me more than a week or two between their birthdays. But know that he will come when he is ready 😄
