I think swapping nudes is on the fence as its a horrible thing to do and definitely hurts your partner but I would call Kissing cheating for sure. 
But my boyfriend has said that he doesn't feel that kissing is cheating, only sex stuff is. Despite the fact when I asked he said he wouldn't want me kissing anyone else 🤷‍♀️

kissing is included in cheating it's an intamentIy inclined action of affection towards something or one who only needs to be your partner not something or one who you aren't in relation with. But all of the above to me is unfaithful and I personally wouldn't put up with it... some females do I won't ...I think it's pretty of him to think this way just wanting his cake and icing to ... red flag I definitely wouldn't be around much longer after this. deal breaker smh.
