Sleep Deprived??

Question

Does anyone find themselves waking up in the middle of the night for several hours?  I will wake up to use the bathroom and won't be able to fall back asleep for 2 sometimes 3 hours.  Please tell me I'm not alone

Yep! Ive had this mild insomnia for about a week. I am about 5 w 2 d 😩😴 sooooo sleepy all day.

Ugh, the exact same thing is happening to me! I'm in week 4 and cannot sleep through the night! Makes me feel better knowing this is not unusual. Thanks, ladies!

I actually experienced this for months before we were even ttc. somehow that all changed after, I fall right to sleep after a midnight pee. as for remedies, I would suggest a calming book to read. best wishes for a full night of sleep, dear.

YES!! I have a 2.5 yo who sometimes gets up in the middle of the night to pee and I'm DOOMED every time she does!

I loooove sleep sooooo much! This entire week I have worked up at midnight and not gotten back to sleep till 3 or 4... and I get up at 5!! Idk if it's the baby, or I'm just driving myself crazy thinking too much!

Me too!!  Already happened 4 times last week & im only 5w1d!   And I am usually a great sleeper!  I never typically wake up like this.  I can't decide if it's a physical pregnancy symptom or if I'm just that anxious!
