Are There Any Early Symptoms Of Realizing You Might Be Having Twins?

I'm 18 weeks expecting twins, I also have two kids. I started showing very early, around 8-9 weeks, which could be cause I've had two babies already, but knew I was showing a lot for that early. Also had some spotting early in pregnancy, which is also common in multiples, my spotting was due to a subchronic hemorrahage.  

I had a feeling that I was pregnant with twins but never in a million years actually thought I would be. Also all the little ones in the family ages 5 and under kept saying that I had two babies in there even before my first ultrasound

There is no logical reason I should be having twins. I just felt it early. I told everyone I thought it was two. My boobs were super sensitive I felt the baby bloat right away. At 7 weeks I went to have an ultrasound. Yep she said I was right. Crazy but trust your body
