unsure what to do about this pain, possibly ovarian cyst?

does any one else here have cyst? the doctor isn't sure and I haven't gone back because of insurance... anyways if any lady's here suffer from a cyst I would like to know your stories, how to cope with the pain and such. I'm 24 and this overcoming amount of pain only happens during or after having sex. Again Idk for sure of this is even the real reason, Idk if it effects people differently, but the pain is unbearable. I'm at a loss of what to do, any suggestions would be appreciated.
