Rhogam shot

I naturally miscarried March 28, 2015 at 7 weeks 2 days. I knew that I was RH negative but with all the stress and anxiety I forgot to ask the doctor about receiving the Rhogam shot. After coming home and reading over my paperwork my DH told me he was RH positive but I was too worked up to realize that I needed to get the shot. I've read that you can only get it up to 3 days after :/ does anybody know if I can still get it?
