Mixed emotions

We had a loss at almost 9 weeks MMC, on May 19, 2017 and fell pregnant after the first period. We are now 10 weeks 1 day, and I'm over the moon excited but I am so nervous. I know we're past where we were in the last pregnancy but I'm still scared to tell everyone at 12 weeks. We had our last ultrasound at 9 weeks then baby was growing with a heart rate of 175. I'm still very sick with sore breasts so I know I'm still pregnant. Can anyone offer some words of comfort and encouragement to help ease my nerves.
