Any tips on how to eat healthier with little to no money?
I feel like we are so broke right now, my husband finally got a new job thank goodness but won't get paid in a while and we have absolutely no money at the moment although there are times when I can find a few dollars from maybe selling our stuff but I've run out of the stuff we can sell that wouldn't leave us worse off. We were eating so healthy before now it seems the only things we can afford is dollar menu food and top ramen... I'm gaining all the weight I lost back (30 lbs) and I think this type of diet may also be worsening my depression. (Update): Thank you all for your advice it's so hard to figure these things out but I will put all the advice given and put it together and make it work 😊
