I'm obese. I'm 5'3 and 212 pounds. I stress eat and eat sugar daily. I go through withdrawals if I don't eat sugar. It's literally like crack to me. I can't stop. I don't know how to. I hate myself and become numb to my eating. I'm lazy and unmotivated. How the fuck do I turn my life around?
I need advice before I eat myself to death or lose all self esteem I have. Please.
