Hi mamas. So one of my breasts is not producing enough milk and I am trying to up my supply. I nurse on both sides but mostly the good side and then I do hand expression and pump on the bad side to increase supply. My question is - should I start on the good side and move to the bad side, or start on the bad side and move to the good side? My lactation consultant said to start on good side so baby doesn't get discouraged but I've also heard arguments for starting on good side to get those good first sucks. Any insight is welcome.
