4th pregnancy after 3 miscarriages

Has anyone ever felt different with a pregnancy? I've just found out I'm pregnant and this time it wasn't planned at all. After having 3 miscarriages in the past year and a half we decided to give it a break and get married (been engaged since last year) so we set a date and secured our venue etc and got all excited and literally days later I started getting the same very early symptoms I always get (dizziness, feeling sick) and my period was like 4 days late so I took a test and yep I'm pregnant. After us setting a wedding date and we decided to go back on the pill until after we're married and we literally had sex one time. I know I don't want to get it into my head but I can't help feeling like this time it will be ok? Has this happened with anyone else before? After my first m/c I was really worried when I got pregnant 2nd and 3rd but this time I don't feel worried. And it's typical the wedding date we chose would literally be a week and a half before my due days 🙈 we're not cancelling it yet until 12 week scan just to be sure. But I wanted to know if anyone else has had a good feeling about a pregnancy and hopefully it being a successful one?
