Pregnancy and depression.

So today i had my 16 weeks OB appointment and my on/off shit giving baby daddy actually wanted to show up... so of course we met at the clinic and stuff, and here he brings a friend........ saying his friend (who is a MALE) needs to come in the dr room with him and I. because he can't be alone with me...... i made a huge scene. so his friend did wait in the waiting room. but it still i upsets me. my child's father is 36 and i'm 20........ honestly i was so stressed out i didnt even enjoy my dr appointment whatsoever. and im still crying (this happened at 3). i just need thoughts and advice on how to stop this from happening again..
