My daughter came home from school today vitiable upset. She started crying as she told me they had a sign up sheet to donate items to Texas for hurricane Harvey. And she was so upset no one signed up for animal supplies and she said it hurts my heart that some dogs and cats can't find their mommies and daddies right now. And my cat and dog have their home and food and toys and treats. She asked why wouldn't people want to help the animals. So I put her in the car and off to Walmart we went as we bought 100lbs of dog food 100lbs of cat food. 3 big boxes of treats for dogs and some for cats. And 5 things of kitty litter. And we will be at the drop off spot tomorrow for 8am so she can drop off her contribution. I am so proud that she signed us up ( even thought parents were supposed to lol. We missed orientation due to gymnastics) and so proud of her compassion tonwant to help ❤️❤️
