Do you own or use a Doppler often?

This is my rainbow baby, im worried all the time. Is it advisable to use a Doppler and how often is recommended or not recommended?

I had one and I wouldn't have one again for 2 reasons. 1 you may not find it and unnecessarily panic 2. you may think you've found it but actually found your own, and not get checked out when you need to because of it

I got one during my 1st pregnancy and I was immediately obsessed and loved it...I'm on my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 8 weeks and can't find the heartbeat yet even tho I know they say not to even use it yet...it does drive you insane in this early stage but it is kinda reassuring in the next 2 trimesters

I got one for my last pregnancy and used it every few days just for reassurance up until I started feeling movements. I bought it when I was 12 weeks at the time and found her heartbeat pretty easily. I pulled it out a few times this pregnancy but haven't heard it yet. I'm not too concerned since I heard it at my OB appointment a week ago, I know it's harder with a home Doppler and the baby is still super tiny right now!

My mother in law was pregnant & high risk 2 years ago (bc she was in her 40s) and she bought one and  found her baby's heart beat at 9 weeks and used it everyday to check the heart rate. She has a very healthy little baby girl now.

I bought one but it hasn't gotten here yet. They recommend to start using it at 12 weeks. I will probably try to find it before then but not counting on anything.

I am pregnant with my rainbow baby as well I am 9 weeks 6 days and still have not been able to find it on my home Doppler it scares me but I heard that if you hear the whooshing sound inside of you that sounds like the sac that carries the baby that everything is fine but I don't know how true that is

I found my babes at 8.4 weeks. Some days I cant find it but I just try to calm down because its soooo tiny.

don't do it just makes u paranoid. if u do decide to use it wait till 12 weeks.
