I had a check up today. My doctor gave me a non stress test. She said that I was contracting but nothing to time. I didn't even feel anything. Shortly after I got home I have TONS of pressure very low in my stomach and back. I feel like I won't know when I'm actually having a contraction. Any other mamas out there have advice?!
