infertility work up

so I just had my third miscarriage today. all three have been at six weeks or earlier. my first one was four years ago and second was three months ago.... my military doctors finally accepted me into a fertility work up to see what's wrong. they said they are doing blood work and labs on both me and my husband.... then I'm getting a Saline infusion sonohysterography done. if and when they figure out why I keep miscarrying there will be one of two things that could happen... one being I get pregnant again and they put me on baby aspirin and progesterone....two being ivf..... I can say I am blessed that being in the military allows me to have health insurance that pays for everything. has anyone had any of these done.
