Numb pain on my stomach!!

So on the right hand side of my stomach I have a light tingling numb patch of skin. Woke up to a weird cramping feeling around the same area! Has this happened to anyone else ! I'm 36 wks and not that big! Do you think it can be a pinched nerve?
