Did you find a pediatrician before baby was born?

I'm wondering if I should find a pediatrician before my son is born or if he should just use my doctor until I find one?

No I didn't. I used the on call pediatrician at the hospital while we were there and I ended up using him after too. You don't NEED to find one before the baby comes but it's a good idea to call a few and ask questions/see if they're accepting new patients

yes you need a pediatrician before you leave hospital. the hospital will ask for name... my hospital had my pediatrician come to hospital for a check up and then u will make an appointment there for 3 days later.

Yes. It's great to know who they are n allow them to be a part of the baby's birth because they will come to the hospital to check baby day after they are born.

my cousin had a baby and she recommended that I find one before my  any is born because some doctors don't always take new patients because they are booked. I'm not sure because I'm a first time mom but I've already started looking for one.
