Blood type and fertility

I've just read that women with O blood type have less chances to conceive than those who have A or AB. According to the study, women with O blood type have higher FSH level and less ovarian reserve. My blood type is O+ and my husbands is A+ . We both have been tested and doctors haven't found any abnormalities. We've been ttc for 8 month now. Can blood type really be an issue? Is there anyone with O type who managed to get pregnant ? I'm getting desperate.
