Only if you get pure cranberry juice. Most the stuff on the shelves has too much sugar to help. You are better off with drinking a lot of water

Yes and there's something else she can get at a health food store called d mannose it's a powder she mixes with water it erases all the symptoms which I know with a uti can be very uncomfortable but she will probably still need antibiotics to get rid of the infection .

FUCK NO!!!!!! I don't know why anyone actually said yes. That's how you end up in a hospital with a kidney infection. YOU NEED ANTIBIOTICS 
Cranberry prevents Utis. So it's great if you get them all the time. But when you actually have one, go to the doctor
