When is too young to have a baby?

19 years old here and insanely baby crazy. I cannot stop thinking about one of my own and regularly let out a few years that I don't have one. My boyfriend is going to propose within the next year and we would be ready for a baby. How young is too young? I've been told I'm mature for my age, but I also know how much work babies are. Thoughts ladies??
