When did you know about baby #2?

How soon did you know you were pregnant with baby #2? Did your symptoms feel way different from the first go around? When I was pregnant with my first the first trimester was the worst I was so nauseous I could barely keep anything down, constant migraines, and morning sickness here and there. The only symptoms I'm having are cramps and feeling slightly sick not nauseous it's more just the feeling of not feeling good if that makes sense? Since birth with my daughter my body has been cramping usually a week straight before I get my period and I guess I'm just over thinking it.
