PCOS problems and Cant fix them. help?

Hey, I'm only 20 years old, and I've been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and the pain is crazy. My doctors have had me on all sorts of birth control to help out the amount of cysts and tumors I have, but I seem to have an issue with birth control, the pills give me bad reactions, I'm allergic to the nuva ring, my IUD was forced out by my body. They're afraid to do a shot. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to help with the pain? My doctor just wants me to take ibuprofen or use a heating pad, but I work 3 jobs, and I'm a mother of a 4 year old, I dont have time to use a heating pad, and ibuprofen isn't working anymore. I'm not sure I wanna load my body up on pain killers either. Help?
