Is This Normal?

so I just literally woke up and started puking up yellow stuff, not even 2 minutes of me being awake. I'm not pregnant. this has been going on for almost a week. is this normal? 😷  went to the doctors and like normal they said the same thing as always all the tests came out normal.

Yellow stuff is just stomach acid basically. It's because you haven't had anything to eat yet so there's nothing to throw up. Try keeping dry crackers at your bedside.

It could be gastroparesis. It's where your stomach doesn't release food or acid into your small intestine fast enough. I got hit with it a few years back and told it was normal for a lot of people with migraines. I've been woke up puking before. Sucks, but since I've been taking Braggs apple cider vinegar, it hasn't been so bad.
