Unsure pregnancy, bleeding, could be seeing things.

After me and my boyfriend had sex i instantly felt weird and different , a week to a couple of weeks later i took a test which seemed very very faint and when i took a digital test it said I was not pregnant but I'm not sure if that is because I drank water before taking the test! I constantly feel bloated and have a lot of nausea everyday, fatigue is a massive issue for me, felt like this for a month now, tender breasts and nipples seem to be getting darker, Iv bled a wee bit this week on and off which has been like brown and pinky discharge. At the start I had very weird and unusual new dreams? Im exhausted 24/7 !! I don't know if I'm seeing things with that test and I am currently on holiday so I'm very unsure at the moment
