Looks like a girl to me. You can clearly see the three lines where it's circled.

You dont need to see the front because the testicles can be seen from behind as long as the image is low enough

When I was 17 weeks one of the babies was clearly a boy and we were about 80% positive that the other one was a girl. She had her feet covering everything but it was low enough that if she did had little boy parts we would've seen it. A couple of US later we finally got her to cooperate and definitely confirmed that it was a girl. 
So it could very well be a girl but I would definitely make them confirm it in a couple of weeks.
