Super dad around family

Anyone else have a SO that doesn't really help out much with the child(ren) and then wants to act like like super dad in front of his family? My husband works nights, so yes, that is part of it but when he's home he still doesn't really "get in there" and help. At his family's today he's all like..."Yeah he(our son) does this and likes this..." Like dude, I just tried to wake you up for an hour to no avail and I got dressed and brushed my teeth in the living room because baby was on the warpath. Maybe I'm petty, but... 😒
