Going bald at 26 years old 😪 Help

My hair is extremely thin I've been to the dermatologist and I've had numerous blood work done. I was told there is nothing I can do and that it probably just runs in my family. the doctor claims it's because I have four children that my hair is extremely thin. is there anyone else experiencing this and is there anything that I can do!???
