My ex told me I would look ugly if I cut off all my hair. So I kept it long for. Sure, I love my hair but I really wanted a change, something different. I hesitated for so long because whenever I mentioned it to people they would always say things like, "Why would you do that? it's so beautiful!" It made me think, does my hair really make me beautiful? Am I just not beautiful? I realized that I am beautiful. Plus it's just hair, it'll grow back. After years of this long hair I decided it was time for a change! Maybe it's not "feminine" to some people but hair doesn't define beauty, the person does.. 😌💖
