Delivery question for experienced moms😊

so my daughter is 7 months as of now; 3 days after delivery I had to go back to the hospital, I woke up to go to pee and I a notice like a heavy period bleeding not normal obviously because as I was moving a small puddle of blood ended up on the floor. I thought my stitches ripped, I go to the hospital and eventually get seen 6 hrs later 😥 saying my uterus wasn't clamping; they did find blood clots in my uterus the ultra technician said could be I wasn't cleaned out good (natural delivery) an ob specialist said it theres nothing there. Now is there a risk for me later on if I decide to have a 3rd baby in the future, i am on the implant birth control; just scared in all honesty can anyone give me advise if this happened to you please
